LED lights
LED lights last 30 000 – 50 000 hours. There are 3-4 lights on each circuit so if one blows none of the lights on that circuit will work.
They have an electrical warranty of 1 year so within that period you simply send us the branch that has the fault and we will send a new replacement back to you.
Please not if they are constantly assembled and dismantled the warranty will be limited.
After the warranty period
You can use the LED branch which comes in the kit supplied with the purchase of the tree. If you lose any branches we can easily sell and send you a replacement.
How easy are they to assemble?
They are incredible easy to assemble. Each resin branch is numbered so you simply need to attach the male/female plugs into the matching numbered trunk and secure the plugs with the grub screw. The blossom branches can be placed onto any branch. It would take a novice approximately half an hour to assemble 1 x 1.8m Blossom Tree.
They are specially designed for outdoor use so they can be exposed to rain and snow.
Does the base need to be secured?
Each tree has 3 to 4 holes to secure to a base. They can stand on their own indoors however if they are placed on an uneven ground or windy area it is highly recommended that you attach it to a base.
